The Rolex Submariner Date received a subtle yet impactful transformation in its 2020 update, preserving its classic Submariner elements while achieving heightened elegance and aesthetic balance. The most noticeable change was the expansion of the case from its iconic 40mm to 41mm , resulting in slimmer lugs and a comfortable wrist fit that defies its larger size. Amid these contemporary elements, the watch retains typical Submariner features, including a black ceramic bezel with a rotating function and 60-minute graduations. The dial maintains its characteristic design with prominent hour markers and hands filled with Chromalight luminescence, along with the familiar date window at the three o'clock position.
Constructed from yellow gold, and equipped with a screw-down crown, an Oyster bracelet with Oysterlock clasp and the Glidelock extension system, a solid case back, and an impressive water resistance of 300 meters, the watch guarantees unwavering reliability.
