Chopard is once again participating in the Only Watch charity auction, presenting a unique timepiece inspired by their historical watch icon - the first L.U.C collection model from 1997. This exclusive watch combines elegance and sustainability, featuring an Ice Green-toned solid white gold guilloché dial, a 36.5mm case made of Chopard's proprietary Lucent Steel™, and a chronometer-certified L.U.C Calibre 96.40-L movement with a gold micro-rotor and Chopard Twin technology.

Lucent Steel™ is a remarkable alloy born after four years of research and development, treating steel as a precious metal. In line with their commitment to sustainable luxury, Chopard has decided to incorporate 80% recycled steel into all their steel watches from 2023 onwards.

The centerpiece of the 36.5mm Lucent Steel™ case is an elegant Ice Green-toned dial, reminiscent of the beauty of green icebergs exclusive to the Antarctic. This color also carries symbolic value, representing the melting glaciers and raising awareness of pressing environmental challenges.
