The watch showcases a white gold octagonal case, a signature design beloved by Gérald Genta for its legible symmetry and spiritual significance. The dial is adorned with exquisite champlevé enamel, depicting Mickey Mouse joyfully holding a birthday cake aloft, symbolizing both Disney's milestone and the 10th edition of Only Watch.

The time is indicated in a whimsical manner by Mickey's swiveling arm, which points to the retrograde minutes on an arched scale marked from 0 to 60. Alongside this playful display, the watch features a jumping hour complication and a minute repeater, a nod to Gérald Genta's innovative spirit in combining high-complication watchmaking with cartoon characters back in the 1980s.
