The Ulysse Nardin Freak S Only Watch is a distinctive version of the Freak S timepiece introduced in 2022, specially crafted to commemorate the Only Watch anniversary. This remarkable watch showcases the UN-251 caliber with a vibrant rainbow color scheme, a departure from its usual design.

Remaining faithful to the FREAK collection's core principles, the Freak S Only Watch does away with conventional watch elements like hands, dials, and crowns. Instead, it employs a carousel mechanism to tell time. The movement itself rotates to indicate hours and minutes, with two bridges encircling its center. The arrow denotes the hours, while the spaceship's nose cone indicates the minutes. Unlike traditional tourbillons, where only the balance wheel rotates within a cage, the entire Freak S movement, including its regulating component, completes a full revolution in one hour. Time adjustment involves rotating the bezel in either direction.

This watch embodies several innovations, such as a dual silicon oscillator and a double escapement in DiamonSil. It features a vertical differential and an efficient "Grinder" automatic winding system, providing twice the effectiveness of conventional winding mechanisms.

The Freak S Only Watch presents an exclusive interpretation, incorporating two plates: one replaces the crown with the "1/1" unique edition indication, while the other features "Only Watch." The timepiece is adorned with the signature colors of Only Watch 2023, including red, pink, blue, green, yellow, and orange tones.
