Tag Heuer Monaco Chronograph, Openworked Design
Tag Heuer introduces the new Monaco Chronograph, a contemporary and technically advanced version of its iconic square chronograph. This release marks the first time a standard production Monaco model features a skeleton dial, offering a fresh and modern twist on a long-established design. The watch maintains the classic proportions of the Monaco, with a 39mm grade 2 titanium case that enhances comfort on the wrist.
The case, caseback, crown, and pushers are sandblasted for a modern look. The dial is openworked and showcases sharp lines and angles, creating a bold and graphic aesthetic. The sub-counters have been redesigned with a more modern appearance, while retaining some classic elements such as the round seconds track within the square dial. Super-LumiNova coating on various dial components enhances visibility at night.
The Monaco Chronograph is available in three editions: Original Blue, Racing Red, and Turquoise. Each edition features a different color scheme and is equipped with the in-house Calibre Heuer 02 automatic chronograph movement, known for its 80-hour power reserve. The watch comes with a bi-material strap and a sandblasted titanium folding clasp.
These editions are part of the permanent collection. The Original Blue and Racing Red editions are priced at HK$ 86,450, while the DLC-coated Turquoise edition costs HK$ 90,600.
