Zenith Defy Skyline, Ice-Blue Dial
Zenith presents a refreshing update to its Defy Skyline collection with the introduction of three new models featuring cool ice blue dials, just in time for the scorching summer season. The Defy Skyline pays homage to Zenith's heritage, dating back to the 1902 Defi pocket watches and the revolutionary 1969 Defy with its iconic architecture.
The new Defy Skyline watches come in two sizes: 41mm and 36mm. Both sizes maintain an octagonal base and a 12-sided bezel, combining brushed and polished surfaces for a contemporary look. The standout feature of all three models is the mesmerizing ice blue dial adorned with engraved four-pointed stars, representing Zenith's brand logo. The dials also sport a date window at 3 o'clock, discreetly blending with the dial's color.
The 41mm model stands out with its small seconds sub-dial at 9 o'clock, indicating 1/10th of a second due to the high-frequency El Primero movement. Speaking of movements, the 41mm version is powered by the EL Primero 3620, an automatic high-frequency movement with a 60-hour power reserve.
On the other hand, the two 36mm unisex models are equipped with the in-house Elite 670 automatic calibre, known for its ultra-thin profile and 50-hour power reserve. One variation offers a plain bezel, while the other features 52 brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel for added luxury.
All watches come with a steel bracelet and an additional ice-blue rubber strap with a starry embossed pattern. The strap change is effortless thanks to the brand's quick strap-change mechanism.
